ELINT was founded by a Mozambican entrepreneur with an accounting background who has a passion for systems. Having worked with various international organizations, it became clear how the right system can assist an organization become more efficient and position themselves ahead of its peers. It also soon became noticeable that any good system can only deliver on its expected results when implemented by the right support partner.
